Feminist Ways of Knowing: Insights from Institutional Ethnography and Ethnography in Practice
This article offers an overview of the first JustGESI XChange event of 2026, where Dr Órla Meadbh Murray and Dr Serena Saligari reflected on their feminist methodological practices through Institutional Ethnography and anthropological ethnography. Their approaches highlight new possibilities for understanding power, relationality, and knowledge production, as well as for advancing more accountable and transformative research.
Engaging with Organisations for Institutional Ethnography: Key Lessons from Malawi’s Energy Sector
At the December 2025 JustGESI Work Package 2 meeting, Dr Christabel Yollanda Kambala and Tamara Mhango shared reflections from their scoping study on gender, inclusion, and energy policies in Malawi.
